When an inspection is scheduled, I make it a priority to be there, see the condition firsthand, document concerns, and communicate clearly with the owner.
When maintenance is needed, I focus on understanding the issue, coordinating the appropriate next step, and keeping the owner informed.
I cannot promise that rental-property problems will never happen. I can promise that I will not ignore them. I believe accountability means staying engaged until there is a clear next step or resolution.
Family, Community, and Northeast Florida
Northeast Florida is where I live, work, raise my family, and build relationships. I’m a husband and father of two daughters, and our household also includes two dogs and fish.
I’m a West Virginia University graduate, an active runner, and involved with local running groups and the Northeast Florida running community. I also believe in volunteering and staying connected to the community I serve.
Running has reinforced qualities that also matter in property management: consistency, preparation, discipline, and showing up even when the work is difficult.
Being a homeowner, husband, father, pet owner, runner, and community member helps me understand that properties are not just numbers on a report. They represent financial goals, family decisions, and years of hard work.
